Today, I got up and rolled into work like any other day… except there was no power when I got there. No lights, phones, nothing. Apparently our whole business complex area was down. After sitting around for about 2 1/2 hours with everyone, it was decided that everyone should take off (especially since the crews working on this had no idea when power would be restored). Sweet.

So, I took off and ended up running a few errands. On my way home, I passed the above crew riding near the beach, so I pulled over to say what’s up and chilled for a bit.

Left to Right – Chris Long, Brian Hunt choking Catfish, Mike taylor, Russ Barone and dude from Long Island in the back whose name I can’t remember.

With so many people in Long Beach this year, this is probably gonna be fairly common.

Unfortunately, my local music store (Fingerprints) is moving. Fortunately, it’s going to stay in Long Beach, but not within walking distance anymore.

Ultimately, not the worst thing in the world, but still sad to see them go.
